Brandman University, part of the prestigious 150-year-old Chapman University system is a private, non-profit regionally accredited university that offers a high quality education for non-traditional working adult students.
At Brandman University, students can choose from over 50 undergraduate, graduate, credential and certificate programs in Arts and Sciences, Business and Professional Studies, Education and Nursing and Health professions.
Brandman University students have the convenience of being able to study at any of our twenty-six campuses across California and Washington States, which includes six military bases.

The Brandman Student Experience
Our flexible learning environment makes for a great student learning experience. In fact, this is so much so that nearly 80% of Brandman alumni who attend graduate school choose Brandman University for their program of study.
At Brandman, students can choose to study at any of our twenty six campuses across California and Washington State, and can enjoy the convenience of completing courses in 8-week sessions. These courses are taught by distinguished professors who have years’ worth of combined teaching and professional experience – allowing students to gain a real-world education from experts in their field.
In addition to this, Brandman offers credit for previous coursework and learning outside the classroom. Personal and professional coaching is also provided to all of our students.
For fall 2011 the most popular programs of study for enrolled undergraduates were: Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Liberal Studies, and Criminal Justice. The most popular graduate programs of study are Psychology, Teaching, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership and Education.

Financial Aid at Brandman University
Many Brandman University students receive financial aid. For example, for the 2011-2012 academic year, 62.6% of Brandman University students received some form of financial aid and almost 40% of all Brandman students receive Pell grants.
Furthermore, the student loan default rate is 2.9% with Brandman University students, which is significantly lower than the national 2 year cohort average of 9.1%.
