Taught by industry professionals, students earning a degree in systems security in a Cisco Networking Academy® environment will:

• Learn to protect important infrastructure, operating systems and networks
• Learn the design and evaluation of secure computer networks and security strategies
• Become grounded in the design and evaluation of secure computer networks and security strategies
• Be prepared to take the qualifying exam for the esteemed Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Be prepared for other industry certification, such as Microsoft (workstation, server, active directory, infrastructure) and CompTIA A+
