In classes taught by industry professionals, students earning this degree will have the opportunity to:

• prepare for some of the industry-standard certificates available from Microsoft® and CompTIA®*
• take courses in the design and evaluation of secure computer networks and security strategies
• be exposed to new technologies such as virtualization

*Westwood prepares graduates for certification. Graduates wishing to attain certification must take and pass any applicable tests/exams.
