Veterinary Assistant

You will learn the skills it takes to offer professional, technical support to veterinarians. Train to assist veterinarians with the care and treatment of animals as well as office management skills and patient care. A highlight of the program is the externship where you will have the opportunity to work with a veterinarian, applying classroom skills and fundamentals at the job site. Once you have completed this program, you will be qualified to work in humane societies, animal control facilities, veterinary clinics, and diagnostic laboratories. |
