Do you want to become an Electrical Technician that can work in the areas of installation, maintenance, and repair? You can gain the skills you need in the Applied Electrical Technology program at Vatterott College. Through a combination of classroom and lab work, you will learn about residential, commercial, and industrial wiring.
You can acquire sound knowledge of electrical theory. You will become familiar with wiring techniques, conductor properties, and conduit cutting, bending, and threading. You can also develop expertise with motor control circuits and devices, as well as programmable logic controllers and their application to the electrical field.
A very important part of the program is understanding the residential, commercial, and industrial National Electrical Code requirements, as this will govern everything that you do in your career. Once your training is complete, you can get ready for a jolting career!
