Master of Science in Nursing Health Systems Management Vanderbilt University's Health Systems Management (HSM) concentration in the online Master of Science in Nursing program is designed for nurse professionals who want to move into upper management roles. The HSM program prepares students for the management of nursing and healthcare services across multiple settings and specialty areas. The HSM program can be completed in two years of part-time study with 39 credit hours or 15 courses. There are three entry points – spring, summer, and fall.
