A Bachelor of Science in business administration is designed to give students a very broad and in depth understanding of the various components of business management while allowing them to focus on at least two areas of specialty that are of interest. Students can choose to focus on human resources, marketing, accounting, management or international business for their specializations. Graduates can then find employment as entry-level managers in small to large sized businesses in an area of specialization or as general business administrators. Leadership and communication skills will be emphasized throughout the training.

Additional classes in the BS in business administration program will include research and analysis, financial education, human resource development and management, critical thinking skills and information technology in business administration. Case studies and practical assignments and projects will allow students to apply their knowledge to actual situations in the business world.
