Applied Information Management

Curriculum
AIM is available fully online through the Blackboard course management system.

Instead of a thesis, the program requires you to write a formal research document in the AIM Capstone. This gives you the opportunity to integrate information and ideas from the entire AIM curriculum.

Other program highlights include:
  • The modular curriculum structure enables you to work full-time while completing the 54-credits degree in approximately two and a half to three years as a part-time student.
  • Core courses provide 44 of the 54 credits required for the degree. Online core courses run for seven weeks.
  • Short courses provide 10 of the 54 credits required for the degree. Short courses are delivered online, each running four weeks.
  • Core courses, with the exception of the AIM Capstone and Virtual Learning and Teams, must be taken for letter grades (A, B, C, D, F).
  • The program offers short courses on a pass/no pass basis only.
  • You must maintain a 3.0 (B) average throughout the program.
  • Asynchronous online courses are offered through the Blackboard course management system.
