Applied Information Management |
If you're a mid-career professional with an ever-growing responsibility for managing information, people, technologies, and resources, the Applied Information Management degree can take you to the next level in just two and a half to three years as a part-time student while you continue to work full time. The degree is offered fully online, and on site in Portland, Oregon.
Unlike traditional MBA programs, AIM takes an applied, multidisciplinary approach, preparing you with a big picture perspective on managing information in a wide variety of organizations and positions. Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
Work Experience Qualifications:
Five years of work experience involved in the structure, processing, or delivery of information.
Geographical Qualifications:
Students may complete the program in Portland, OR or online from anywhere in the world.

Admission Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
- Position (past or present) related to one of the four academic areas in the AIM curriculum (Information Management, Information Design, Business Management, or Applied Research).
- At least five years work experience involved in the structuring, processing, or delivery of information.
- A statement of interest to pursue the AIM degree.
- Three letters of reference (professional and academic).
No entrance examination (i.e.,-GMAT, GRE, etc.) is required.

AIM selects candidates who have the experience and background to engage in meaningful classroom discussion. |
