The Organizational Management (OM) concentration is a cutting-edge Master's Degree designed to push the boundaries of strategic leadership. Our mission is to deliver an integrated, individual-centered curriculum providing students with a deep understanding of how individuals and organizations can excel in a global environment.
The open enrollment Organizational Management Program incorporates an integrated package of theories, techniques, and tools-all of which help them to successfully manage their institutions' environmental landscapes. Classes are taught by an interdisciplinary faculty, thereby enriching the conceptual lens that students acquire for understanding organizations and navigating within them effectively. Students can complete the 12-course curriculum within two years.
This part-time Master's Degree Program prepares individuals to analyze and solve problems quickly by synthesizing information, rethinking work processes, enhancing member collaboration, sculpting organizational culture to steer organizations toward success.
