The Human Resources Management (HRM) Program provides the comprehensive foundation necessary for today's Human Resources (HR) managers, to help their organizations select and retain the finest employees available.
The Human Resources Management program incorporates the latest thinking on HR practices with a solid foundation in theory and proven principles. Its purpose is to prepare individuals to be Human Resources professionals in today's dynamic and increasingly global organizations. Classes are taught by an interdisciplinary faculty, thereby enriching the conceptual lens that students acquired for understanding organizations and navigating within them effectively. Students can complete the 12-course curriculum within two-years.
