As a residential planner, you will help customers determine and meet their specific needs, lifestyles, priorities and budgets when planning changes to the interiors of their homes. Your drafting and AutoCAD abilities will enable you to accurately communicate customers' ideas to contractors and suppliers. In addition to planning general home remodeling projects, you'll also have the opportunity to specialize in kitchen and bath planning.

As a student in the Residential Planning online program, you'll:
