In the Professional Baking & Pastry program, you'll receive hands-on baking skills with an emphasis on fundamental pastry and bread-baking techniques. Coursework focuses on basic culinary skills, sanitation, cake decorating, and chocolate among other things. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions such as line cook and pastry cook.
