Degree and Certificate in Organizational Leadership
The Bachelor of Professional Studies
(BPS) degree and the 15-credit certificate provide specialized
career-focused learning. The degree or certificate combine
knowledge and skills that can be transferred to any
career. The certificate program is fully transferable
into the BPS degree program.
Complete your degree primarily by taking
online courses. A minimum of 12 credits must be completed
with short residency courses. A variety of other course
formats are available for students with the flexibility
to attend classes on the SU campus.
A minimum of 120 credits is required
to complete the degree. The certificate is 15 credits
(5 courses).
The Organizational Leadership degree
program enhances specific workforce skills employer's
require most and gives adults a career-relevant degree
option that will allow them to make a difference in
their careers and communities.
