This certificate program combines A+ and Network+ and continues to grow the student's knowledge in the systems administration area. It is designed to provide student's career ready technical skills and knowledge required for a foundation in current networking technology for local area networks, wide area networks and the Internet. The course also teaches students how to use administrative tools to improve information access, system performance and data security on a network. Graduates typically seek employment roles in the network administration field.

Additionally, students gain knowledge of desktop operating systems as well as hands on computer hardware skills preparing the student for employment in Help Desk, Field Technician and PC Technician roles. As the students progress to the Microsoft Certified Systems Administration, MCSA portion of the training they will learn hardware and software skills along with the system administration foundation leading to careers in network and systems administration. Programs provided through our Distance Learning Anytime, Anywhere Learning (AAL) methodology provides the student with 24 hour per day and 7 day per week one on one individualized instruction through our instantaneous computerized chat mode. A comprehensive program-learning guide serves as the roadmap for each student as they work with their Instructor in order to consistently and accurately progress through their learning experience while possessing the ability to spend more time in challenged areas in order to master the tasks.
