The Help Desk Network + A+ certificate program combines Network+ and A+ along with MS Office skills and is designed to provide students with career ready technical skills and knowledge required for a foundation in current networking technology for local area networks, wide area networks and the Internet. Students will learn to set up, configure, use and support TCP/IP on Microsoft Windows. The course also teaches students how to use NetWare administrative tools to improve information access, system performance and data security on a network. Graduates typically seek employment roles in the network administration field. Additionally, students gain knowledge of desktop operating systems as well as hands on computer hardware skills preparing the student for employment in Help Desk, Field Technician and PC Technician roles.
