A certificate in Organizational Effectiveness is designed for working professionals in Human Resources (HR) or for those wishing to enter this specialty field.

This certificate program allows students to gain essential knowledge in the foundations of HR management and skills specifically related to talent acquisition, organizational development techniques, employee performance and development, HR measurement and evaluation, human resource technology and organizational leadership.

All of the courses for the certificate program are offered online to facilitate working professionals. With the addition of an associate degree, the courses in the certificate program can be applied to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Leadership.

Students must complete five core courses in addition to four specialty courses in order to complete the certificate program.
