The mission of the Advanced Culinary Arts Professional Diploma Program is to give students the culinary skills required for entry into the food service industry.

The Diploma Program includes core and elective requirements. The total requirement is 60 quarter credits and normally takes 50 weeks to complete. Students should note that all courses are not offered each term. Check term schedules for details. Not available at the Woodbridge Campus.
