Our accelerated Business Administration/ E-Commerce Management Diploma program covers all the bases needed to support a successful business. You will learn computer skills ranging from basic word processing to PowerPoint to computerized accounting software. The e-commerce portion of the program examines present and future trends in e-commerce. In fact, students will plan, build, launch and manage their own corporate website. Meanwhile, the 41-week program also examines business communications, sales and marketing in a variety of sectors. Business management, administrative skills and customer relations are also part of the curriculum. At the end of the program, students gain on-the-job experience through a five-week practicum in a business of their choice. Graduates are qualified for a variety of entry-level roles in the business world, such as office administrator, customer service representative, marketing assistant, internet/e-commerce marketing assistant or business owner. Further experience in the field often leads to more senior managerial or consulting positions.
