given to Directory of Schools will remain private. Any personal information
gathered will never be sold to any third party for any reason.
Directory of Schools only collects personal information from visitors in
order to process request initialed by the filling out of forms on our site. Directory of Schools is committed

by common carriers such as UPS or the US Postal Office. This shared personal information
includes all the following:

- your street address;
- your telephone number;
Your
personal information will never be distributed to mailing-list
firms. We process spam via "spamcop.net"
 If the personal information we've gathered from you changes,
we will gladly correct, update, or remove any personal data
you have previously provided to us. If you registered on our site you can update your own information by logging in at the url provided in the email that was sent with a copy of the information you provided us at your initial registration. We only collect information
you provide when you place a request for information from our site. If
Directory of Schools makes any changes in policy of how we use any information
you have provided to Directory of Schools we will notify you of any changes
in the use of your personally identifiable information via the
e-mail address you supplied. The e-mail will
ask for your permission and you will be provided an opt out
prior to Directory of Schools making any changes. To request a change or removal

"Cookies"
are small pieces of information that may be received and stored

to your hard drive. We use a pseudo type cookie on our site
that use active secessions (ASP technology) the cookie enters

our site. We do not use cookies to store or collect any personal
information such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone
numbers or payment information. Our site links to third party
sites that collect information that you provide in forms. Most

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our
server, to administer and tune the operation of our site,
and to log your browser type and referring URL information.
Your IP address may also be used in collecting statistical

this information can identify you personally. We do have
partners and affiliates, we can not identify any personal
information from your IP address. When
you visit our site your IP address is recorded as a normal
function of the following server logs.

a visit.

the site.
- Referer logs show us the keywords used to find our site

our Web site. It is currently the only way Directory of Schools can notify
you of our policies. We will also provide an opt out option
advising new visitors that we have changed our privacy policy
