Post University's management students not only take courses related to their major, they take courses in liberal arts, organizational leadership, and personal development – all of which provide the breadth and depth of knowledge needed to become a leader in the business world. In addition, students are encouraged to participate in cooperative education experiences so they have some hands-on, real-life work experience before they graduate. Post offers co-op opportunities with organizations such as IBM, ESPN, U.S. Department of Commerce, Citibank, among others.

Post University's management program prepares students for careers in positions such as human resource specialist, unit or division manager, organization development specialists, sales management, operations management, health care management, project management, consulting fields, sports management, and small business management, among others.
