At the bachelor's level, students in the Patient Information Management degree program will:

• Expand knowledge and skills in health information and phlebotomy
• Specialize in coding for long-term care
• Take upper level courses in health information management, leadership, and finances
• Address eldercare issues in greater depth
• Gain basic clinical skills

A degree in Patient Information Management will prepare graduates for careers as managers overseeing front office operations in doctors' offices or long-term care facilities.
