The Bachelor of Science in Business Management prepares prepares students to be ethical, self-confident, knowledgeable, flexible, and technologically prepared business professionals that are able to perform effectively and efficiently in a diverse environment that is constantly changing. By developing their personal and professional skills, graduates will be able to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate complex business situations, as well as work in team-oriented environments and professionally research, analyze, present and communicate their work in oral and written format. Finally, upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to apply the core management functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling to achieve an organization's desired goals.
