The Penn Foster Undergraduate Certificate in Human Resources is comprised of courses designed to provide participants with exposure to business skills in the human resources area. Students will learn how to professionally hire, train, retain and manage the type of employee talent that will help their businesses succeed. In addition to a foundation in HR practice, students also complete courses in compensation management, training, benefits, and labor relations.

The course credits earned with this program are transferable to an Associate of Science Degree in Human Resources Management at Penn Foster College.
