The Associates degree(AIT) in Security Technology offers students a foundation of coursework and hands-on experiences with business technology systems, and the security procedures and technologies used to secure those systems. Students learn how the information system is integral to an organization’s success. They also discover the technologies that comprise network infrastructures that allow for the successful transfer and use of mission critical business information. This degree teaches students how to assess businesses for risk, develop effective policies and procedures to secure systems and respond to incidents and disasters.
