Personal trainers work in fitness environments helping clients to reach their goals in a one-on-one setting. This is accomplished by using a variety of modalities such as weights, calisthenics, cardio and dietary advice. This is done in gyms, wellness centers, spas and personal training studios.
Omega Institute offers a much more in-depth program than is currently available elsewhere. You will learn the tools to be able to design an effective fitness program, how to assess the current condition in a client and how to handle clients with special needs. The number of hours needed to complete this program is 600. This will be accomplished both with hands-on training and in a classroom setting. You should have a love for health and fitness and a personality that is motivating yet friendly. For an advanced understanding of the fitness industry, look no further than Omega Institute. |
