Bachelor of Science in Nursing

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is designed for registered nurses who have earned either a diploma or an associate degree in nursing and desire to advance their personal, professional, and educational goals. This bachelor's degree is required for graduate study and is beneficial for professional advancement.

The BSN is a degree completion program that develops leadership skills and an understanding of the dynamic health care environment to ensure that graduates can recommend constructive change and assimilate ethical, moral, spiritual, and professional concepts into their nursing practice. This is accomplished through a carefully designed sequence of learning strategies, including classroom instruction, research, and projects. Learners thrive upon the previous learning and professional experiences shared by each of the RN students in discussions. Individual and team skills develop as learners apply their studies in their practice setting and explore the attributes of other roles and settings as well.

Program offered is a Bachelor Degree.
