- Human Resources Management – Ideal for emerging HR leaders or top executives in the public or private sector who want to build a diverse and dynamic workforce with emphasis on cultural synergy, productive labor/management relations, effective recruiting, and more. Students in this concentration will develop the people-management and workforce-development skills to promote positive change and help individuals and teams realize their full potential.
- Public Affairs Administration – For those who seek leadership roles at public agencies, non-profit companies, law enforcement agencies, non-governmental organizations and other service-oriented companies. Coursework covers administrative law, public policy evaluation, management of diversity in the workforce, plus an elective class related to effective human resource management. Graduates with this concentration can apply what they learn anywhere where there is a need for an effective, caring, and inspiring leader.
- General – This course includes the best of both concentrations by offering students the option to design a custom curriculum from courses in both Public Affairs Administration and Human Resources Management.
