• Human Resources Management – Ideal for emerging HR leaders or top executives in the public or private sector who want to build a diverse and dynamic workforce with emphasis on cultural synergy, productive labor/management relations, effective recruiting, and more. Students in this concentration will develop the people-management and workforce-development skills to promote positive change and help individuals and teams realize their full potential.
• Public Affairs Administration – For those who seek leadership roles at public agencies, non-profit companies, law enforcement agencies, non-governmental organizations and other service-oriented companies. • General – This course includes the best of both concentrations by offering students the option to design a custom curriculum from courses in both Public Affairs Administration and Human Resources Management.
