This specialization explores the application of industrial and organizational psychology and management theory to the understanding of people in the world of work. In this interdisciplinary specialization, Learners complete courses in the School of Business and the School of Psychology in order to develop competencies in theory, research, and applications of psychology related to human behavior in organizations. Learners conduct advanced research related to the application of organizational and psychological theory to human resource management.
RequirementsLearners working toward the online doctoral degree in education complete 51 semester credits (this includes the 24 credits of research, the comprehensive course and the dissertation) with a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 (B) or higher.
