We're training restaurant managers, supervisors and owners at New England Culinary Institute. Students enter our Associate of Occupational Studies in Hospitality and Restaurant Management degree program because they want high level careers and our graduates are sought after all over the world. You'll learn hands-on management spending 50% of your time in the kitchen and dining room and 50% in our intensive classrooms. Our "learn by doing" philosophy is unmatched anywhere in the country. The fifteen month program includes a paid six month internship that builds your confidence, resume and industry contacts. Knowledge about food production and wine service as well as traditional management topics will give you an advantage in the fast growing field of hospitality and restaurant management.
