New Castle Trade Schools (located about 20 minutes from Youngstown) has developed a unique HVAC Training School program designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to install and repair heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

This program covers the electrical requirements from power sources to circuits, RHVAC equipment and systems, ductwork, fabrication, installation, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting of equipment and accessory parts.

This program awards an Associate in Specialized Science degree and can be completed in 60 weeks.

Upon finishing our degree program, you will be trained for a position as an entry level air conditioning service person and installer, building maintenance technician refrigeration technician, sheet metal installer and air conditioning and heating salesman.
