The Systems and User Support program is designed to train students to be knowledgeable in supporting users and applications software, resolving issues that involve interaction between the end user and server platforms as well as the network itself. The curriculum emphasizes the skills necessary to solve user issues whether they arise from the client operating system, applications software, the server, the network infrastructure, or the Active Directory. Graduates of this program will have a basic level of knowledge and skills to support end user environments.
