Medical Administrative Assistant, A.A.S.
NAU's Medical Administrative Assistant degree program is designed to prepare students for entry-level administrative positions in a variety of health care settings. Administrative duties may include greeting patients, setting appointment times, scheduling hospital admissions, medical transcription, medical record management, insurance coding and billing, bill collections, office compliance and other general medical office procedures. |
