NAU's Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Management is an excellence choice for students who already hold degrees, diplomas or certificates in specialty areas, such as merchandising, dental hygiene, electronics, medical assisting, drafting, welding, or other vocational areas.

Combined with our sound business and general education courses, this degree prepares graduates for advancement in management areas associated with their specialty fields. Two options are available in this program: (1) transfer of credit from the source of the specialty training, or (2) creation of a specialty area using National American University courses.

This program provides students with a thorough understanding of theory and application related to the business environment so they can collect and analyze data, identify alternative solutions, and select the most appropriate course of action for specific business problems. It also gives them an understanding of professional ethics and its application to the business environment.
