The Human Resources Management program provides training for the person seeking an entry-level career in human resources management in for-profit, not-for-profit and government sectors. The program includes a broad mix of course work that allows the student to acquire a blend of basic business skills and the core elements of human resource management theory and application. Human Resources Management training may be applied to many business fields. Entry-level positions may be as HR generalist representatives, human resource management trainees, and compensation specialist in business, industry, and governmental agencies.
