The Human Resources Management program provides training for the person seeking an entry-level career in human resources management in for-profit, not-for-profit and government sectors. The program includes a broad mix of course work that allows the student to aquire a blend of basic business skills and the core elements of human resources management theory and application. Human Resources Management training may be applied to many business fields. Entry-level positions may be as HR generalist representatives, human resources management trainees, and compensation specialist in business, industry, and governmental agencies.
Please Note: Program availability varies by campus. Bachelor degree programs are offered only at the Wilmington campus. HVAC, Electrical, and Welding programs are offered only at the Nashville campus.
