Campus Programs

Miller-Motte's HVAC & Refrigeration program is designed to provide hands on training for students seeking a career in the HVAC/R industry. Students will be taught the necessary skills to enter various positions within the field. Emphasis is placed on understanding the refrigeration cycle, function and control of ventilation systems.

HVAC/R systems consist of many mechanical, electrical and electronic components, which will be introduced through out the course. Technicians must be able to learn the necessary knowledge to maintain, diagnose and correct problems throughout these systems.

Upon graduation, you'll be qualified to work in a variety of environments including contracting companies, HVAC equipment manufacturers, and retail operations. You may even choose to open your own business someday.

The Medical Assistant program at Miller-Motte College is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) of the American Medical Association (AMA) in collaboration with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). The Surgical Technology program at Miller-Motte College is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), on the recommendation of the Accreditation Review Committee on Education in Surgical Technology (ARC-ST).
