All organizations need timely and effective office and administrative support to operate efficiently. The Business Office Manager will coordinate this support, plan the work of their staff and supervise them. This Manager will allocate work assignments and issue deadlines, then oversee the work to ensure that it proceeds according to schedule and meets quality standards of the organization. Solid working know-ledge of accounting will be a big part of their required skills, as they likely will update and maintain records including accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss statements. They also may serve as liaison both between the organization and the public externally, as well as between management and clerical staffs internally. |
