Campus Programs

Our Medical Insurance program is designed to prepare graduates to work as health information technicians in settings such as medical offices or clinics. This program is designed to offer the career professional with the knowledge and skills in the areas of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, procedural and diagnostic coding, and insurance billing and reimbursement. The educational objective of the program is to provide qualified men and women the opportunity to prepare for gainful employment and certification in the medical field. Medical billers and coders may work in a hospital, ambulatory center, insurance company, malpractice law firm, physician office or clinic. The professional objective of the program is to prepare individuals at an entry-to-industry level of competence for employment in the health care industry.
