Graduate Certificate in Mathematics Teaching

The Graduate Certificate in Mathematics Teaching provides you with the opportunity to develop innovative approaches for teaching math skills at the elementary or secondary levels, including numbers and operations, probability and data analysis, geometry and measurement, and algebra. As a certificate program student, you will complete one course in student assessment, which serves as a framework for the role of assessment in teaching mathematics. You will also select three courses that focus on teaching mathematics to either elementary students or secondary students.

This certificate is not eligible for Title IV federal financial aid.
