The Indiana Wesleyan University Management major is designed to prepare students for leadership in businesses or public organizations. This program stresses skill development in the areas of management, decision making, organizational behavior, financial planning and control systems, negotiation, and conflict resolution. You will sharpen the quantitative skills necessary to be successful in a professional environment, while learning from faculty with considerable experience in major organizations and corporations. It is our desire to equip students to become world changers in their chosen profession - prepared and eager to impact the world for the cause of Christ.
