The Associate of Science Professional Sales & Customer Service builds upon the Diploma program in exploring broader and more sophisticated sales and servicing principles and techniques including integrated branding, critical thinking, and legal and ethical considerations for selling in particular and business in general. The student will also begin to use and understand computer applications including spreadsheets and basic accounting, so vital to the sales process. At this level, personal professional development is also approached on an intra-relationship basis. The program concludes with our "Capstone" project, requiring students to apply concepts, techniques, and skills learned in their program of study by completing a comprehensive simulated project. |
