Patient Care Technician
The Patient Care Technician program provides students with the
knowledge and clinical skills necessary to enter the healthcare field as
Patient Care Technicians in various hospital settings. As allied health
professionals, Patient Care Technicians are members of the healthcare
team, providing care to patients in a variety of settings. These
include specialty departments of hospitals, such as emergency rooms
(ER), intensive care units (ICU), and outpatient settings.
