We provide you classroom instruction on state-of-the-art computers loaded with the latest versions of software - not simulations. It is the same software that major corporations use in real-world applications: Lotus Notes on the client desktop (front end) with Domino 6.5 Administration on the company's server (back end), Microsoft Outlook on the client desktop, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
This program provides you with a solid foundation in industry-standard email formats, as well as hands-on experience in real-world scenarios. You can learn to:
- Configure, secure, and troubleshoot email accounts using Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook
- Install, configure, and manage the Lotus Domino Server and the Lotus Notes clients
- Install, configure, and manage a messaging infrastructure using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
You also have access to Microsoft's electronic resource called e-Knowledge base. This allows you to reinforce what you have learned in the classroom anytime, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
