Business Administration (BS)
Business organizations today are seeking professionals with broad-based knowledge of modern business theory and practices, and their interrelationships to meet the challenges of operating in a global electronic marketplace. The rapidly increasing pace of computer technology use by business is driving organizations to value employees who are knowledgeable in the application of technology to business strategy, management and decision-making.
DeVry's Business Administration program develops these competencies through case studies, team projects, Internet use and Web page development, as well as computer applications and systems integration.
The program offers majors (concentrations in Illinois, New York and Pennsylvania) in Accounting, Business Information Systems, E-Commerce, Health Services Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, and Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. In addition, a general business option is available in lieu of a specific major/concentration.
