This MBA program emphasizes three of the most fundamental aspects of management: leadership, communication, and effective decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative data. To this end, the leadership and communication courses are among the first required core courses of the MBA program. A peer evaluation process provides students with the opportunity to hone their evaluation techniques, including the ability to provide constructive feedback to subordinates and peers. In addition, teamwork, an essential component of project management and organizational life, will be stressed through team projects that encourage face-to-face meetings as well as synchronous and asynchronous on-line meetings. Every course offers opportunities to develop decision making skills in practical situations.

Daniel Webster College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc.; the three majors in the division of Aviation are accredited through the Council on Aviation Accreditation (CAA). The Flight Training Program is approved under the guidelines of Federal Aviation Regulations Parts 141 and 61, and all instructors are Certified Flight Instructors. DWC is a member of the New Hampshire College and University Council, an association of 12 four-year accredited, public and private higher educational institutions in the state that work together to share resources and enhance learning opportunities for students.
