This diploma program is designed for students to develop basic office, communications, and microcomputer skills as well as a basic understanding of the accounting principles necessary to qualify for an entry-level clerical accounting position. Graduates of this program meet the job-skill requirements for a position such as Computerized Accounting Clerk, Payroll Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or Data-Entry Clerk.
