The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Logistics/Supply Chain Management addresses the principles and techniques of logistics and supply chain management, including the fundamentals of strategic inventory management, procurement and distribution. You can build a strong foundation in analytical components for balancing the supply chain, aggregate planning, optimal facility location, product levels and mix, and distribution in a global, collaborative environment. Emphasis is on the practical application of logistics principles and techniques to real-world situations.

Students who successfully complete the MBA with a concentration in Logistics/Supply Chain Management should be able to:

• Demonstrate an understanding of the relevance and applicability of logistics methodologies in the area of business administration.
• Apply the philosophy and concepts applicable to the field of managerial logistics as well as the quantitative and qualitative managerial methods applicable to production logistics, product design, distributed logistics and life-cycle cost analysis.
• Apply principles, concepts, methods, and theories from the field of logistics described above to problems, case studies and research areas.
• Demonstrate understanding and skill with courses within the logistics concentration by reviewing and presenting relevant and current research dealing with concentrations topic areas and related topics.
