CCU regularly evaluates the business landscape to determine which skill sets are in market demand and align with CCU's mission. In recent years, project management has emerged as a critical business area, particularly for students from large organizations.

As such, CCU's College of Adult and Graduate Studies offers a project management emphasis with its MBA degree. If you choose this MBA degree program emphasis, you'll gain strategic thinking skills, effective tools, and an ethical framework to lead large-scale projects, optimize teamwork, and reduce and manage risks.

There are many risks associated with managing the personnel, property, and financial resources of a large project, and personal integrity plays a key role in project management. With this in mind, CCU's Project Management MBA program explores the ethical responsibilities of managing a project, as well as the scriptural basis for making good stewardship decisions.
