The Bachelor of Science in Management program is a 41-credit, upper division academic program designed for adult learners who wish to relate their practical career experience to business and management theory.

The program has a special emphasis on the knowledge and skills essential for the management of human resources in private and public organizations. Providing a comprehensive, practical background in the social and management sciences, the program provides course work in the following areas: oral and written communications; leadership, human resources management, organizational behavior and business ethics; management information systems, statistics, and marketing; and financial planning and control.
